IntraUrban Eagle Ridge

Metro Aluminum Products supplied the glazing systems for two large commercial buildings at IntraUrban Eagle Ridge, a modern business park designed to provide flexible, high-quality commercial spaces. The project features our 2050 Series Storefront, including the 2052HD heavy wall option to achieve increased windload ratings required for the site.

Expansive glass façades were constructed using our 2400T Curtain Wall (2" x 5 ¼" back section), paired with 200T Operable Windows to allow natural ventilation. At the entrances, 250T Thermally Broken Narrow Stile Doors provide both performance and energy efficiency, meeting modern thermal standards without sacrificing aesthetics.

A custom bullnose detail was incorporated into the curtain wall, adding architectural distinction to the design. All systems were finished in a black anodized, complementing the scale and contemporary style of the buildings.

The result is a pair of high-performance commercial structures that blend durability, functionality, and modern design.
