Fraser Mills

Completed in early 2025, the Fraser Mills Business Centre is a standout example of modern commercial architecture in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

This project features our 2500T Series thermally broken curtain wall system, incorporating both 2 1/2" x 5 1/4" and 2 1/2" x 4" profiles to meet the structural and thermal performance requirements of the building envelope. The system provides a clean, high-performance solution ideal for commercial developments where energy efficiency and aesthetics are both priorities.

The storefront and punched openings are framed using our 2050 Series 2" x 4 1/2" thermally broken profiles, seamlessly integrating with the curtain wall while maintaining consistency in finish and thermal performance. At the entrances, our 250 Series Narrow Stile Doors were selected for their durability, clean sightlines, and compatibility with access control systems.
